Positions Available


Roberts & Company Professional Corporation is looking for an Administrator to carry out the following responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Office organization and maintenance of client files
  • Customer service, reception, and greeting clients
  • Prepare monthly time and fee reports
  • Prepare client meets and arrange for signatures and payment
  • Prepare management reports and analyses
  • Print and assemble T1, T2, T3, T4, T4A, T5, T5018, etc.
  • Efile T1, T2, T3, T4, T4A, T5, T5018 returns and T1013, T1135, HST, etc.
  • Maintain Balaboss database and trackers
  • Monthly and daily invoicing and reports; back up Balaboss monthly
  • Assist with client bookkeeping when needed
  • Process debit & credit payments
  • AR reconciliations, prepare client and revenue reports
  • Maintain company bookkeeping records in Sage - Includes processing company accounts payable, maintain and reconcile petty cash; sort visa slips and match to visa statements
  • Maintain and analyze weekly goal schedule
  • Take minutes at staff meetings
  • Monthly and daily invoicing and reports; back up Balaboss monthly

During Personal Tax Season

  • Receive and log client tax information
  • Receive new client information and set up in CanTax
  • Maintain T1 file log
  • Print and assemble completed T1’s
  • Coordinate client delivery of T1’s
  • Efile T1’s
  • Reconcile T1 file log with CRA


  • Post-secondary education, college diploma or university degree
  • Minimum 3 years related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, organization and meticulous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $34,952.00 - $59,696.00 per year
